The following terms and conditions apply to all sales:
Payment
- We accept VISA and MasterCard.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of shipping.
- Open account (30 day net) arrangements are available for qualified customers.
Shipping
- All products are shipped FOB our dock in Bartlett, Tennessee.
- All products are shipped FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise.
- UPS is available upon special request at an additional cost for pickup.
- Title to and responsibility for goods passes to the customer at the time of pickup.
Product Quality and Returns
- We guarantee our products to be free of significant flaws.
- Any returned pieces must be in new and saleable condition.
- All returned items are subject to the greater of a 15% or $15.00 restocking fee.
- Presentation bases are not returnable, except for non-functioning electronics.
- Return freight is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Please contact us prior to returning any product.
